• Exosome-Clitoral/”O” Shot & Exosome-“P” Shot: We provide exosome injections for sexual rejuvenation. This is an advanced version of the PRP shots (O-Shot for women, P-Shot for men). For women, exosomes can be injected into the clitoral area and upper vaginal wall to enhance sensitivity, lubrication, and orgasmic function – akin to an O-Shot but potentially with amplified results due to the high concentration of growth factors. For men, exosomes injected along the penile shaft can aid in improving firmness and possibly size (similar to claims of the PRP P-Shot, with the idea of stronger effects). These procedures are done with proper anesthesia to minimize discomfort. If you’re interested in these, we’ll discuss realistic expectations – they are experimental but many early adopters have reported improved sexual function and pleasure. • Male Enhancement (Filler & Scrotox): Earlier we detailed penile filler for girth and scrotal botox for appearance. While these are cosmetic, they can have a psychological benefit, enhancing one’s self-image and comfort in intimacy. We ensure these procedures are done safely and discreetly.

• Vaginal Rejuvenation (Non-Surgical): Apart from the hormone and red light and carboxytherapy mentioned in the sexual dysfunction section, we also have aesthetic-focused vaginal rejuvenation for cosmetic concerns (like improving the external vulva appearance or moderate tightening). This can involve dermal fillers to the labia if volume is desired. We tailor to the patient’s goals, whether it’s function, aesthetics, or both.
